Sneakers & Creepers Run Walk to be Held Sunday, November 4, 2012
The Guerrieri Heart & Vascular Institute at Peninsula Regional Medical Center reminds runners and walkers that their free “Sneakers & Creepers” 5K Walk/Run was rescheduled to this Sunday, November 4, 2012.
The event, which will start and finish at the Avery W. Hall Educational Center on the Peninsula Regional campus, begins promptly at 9:00 a.m. Baby joggers and pets are welcome but please no rollerblades, skateboards or bicycles. There will be no official timing. Registration is free and 100 randomly selected registrants will receive a long sleeve dry-fit shirt.
A post-race party will be held in the Avery W. Hall Educational Center at approximately 10:00 a.m. and will include bagels, fruit and water. Drawings will also be held for some wonderful prizes.
