Neonatal
Peninsula Regional’s neonatal trained therapists attend all Caesarean sections and high-risk deliveries. On average, that amounts to 1,100 of these special deliveries each year.
These neonatal patients may require oxygen therapy, intubation with installation of artificial surfactant, invasive/non-invasive ventilation and/or resuscitation.
