Dr. Jack Snitzer Joins Peninsula Regional Medical Group
Peninsula Regional Medical Center and its Peninsula Regional Medical Group are pleased to welcome Jack Snitzer, D.O., to their network of physicians.
Dr. Snitzer, a specialist in Endocrinology, received his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pa. He completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Suburban General Hospital in Norristown, Pa., and a fellowship in Endocrinology at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Snitzer is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology, and is a Certified Clinical Densitometrist.
Dr. Snitzer is a Fellow of the American College of Endocrinology and a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Internists. The Maryland Association of Osteopathic Physicians named Snitzer the Maryland Osteopathic Physician of the Year in 2004. He earned a Specialist Physician of the Year Award from Peninsula Regional Medical Center in 2006, and was featured in What’s Up? Eastern Shore Magazine as one of the Eastern Shore’s Top Doctors in 2009. He is also an instructor and mentor for the University of Maryland Eastern Shore’s Physician Assistant Program.
